Young Drunks
  Drinking alcoholic beverages by the young is an epidemic in America. It is sinful and those who do it are depraved and degenerate. It is ridiculous to keep excusing the young for their barbaric conduct. They are smart enough to go to school. They can understand the law. They are just evil and come from evil parents. Their brains are fried and their morals are low.

  Rehabilitation can be attempted. But punishment should be administered. There is no excuse for what they do. Innocent people suffer because of their debauchery. It should be stopped by punishing adults who promote and condone it as well as the young fools who act like heathens. Why excuse them because "they are young?" Young people do not have to act like scum. Many live decently. Those who choose to follow the vicious paths of drinking should be penalized heavily. But who really cares?
