You Make the Choice

  Salvation is something God has left up to you. He has provided for your salvation through Christ and even invites you to come and be saved. But each one must decide to be saved or he will remain lost.

  Not everyone that heard the word had respect for it when it was preached in New Testament times. Some were like the foolish man (Matt. 7:24-27). But those who heard the word, believed it and obeyed the gospel were added to the Lord's church, the saved (Acts 2:47). They built on the rock.

  Each of us shall give an account of our response to the gospel (Rom. 14:12). Blessed will be those who have shown proper love for the truth of God and been baptized into Christ (Gal. 3:27). But those who do not obey have no consolation but only a certain and fearful punishment awaiting them (2 Th. 1: 8-9).

  Is there a more important message we could send to the world than this?
