What Manner of Man is This?

After Jesus had stilled the stormy sea, His disciples asked, "What manner of man is this, that even the wind and sea obey him?" (Mark 5: 41). The message of the Bible tells us of Him. He was both Deity and humanity. He was God in the flesh. He was the Word as the only begotten Son. He was the Christ, the Messiah, the Savior of man. That is the manner of this one.

With overwhelming evidence the Scriptures affirm Him. By prophetic words, the virgin birth, His miracles, His perfect like, His death, burial and resurrection, Jesus was proved to be who He claimed to be. That is the manner of man He was.

Skeptics may scoff and reject the testimony of eye-witnesses, but their rejection does not alter His identify. It only confirms their doom. If we be among the redeemed, we will ask and know the answer as to the manner of man Jesus was. "Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God."
