What I Plan to Preach Tomorrow

This is written on Saturday. Tomorrow is the Lord's Day and brethren will assemble for worship. Among the ways we shall worship God is to study His Word. It will be my privilege to preach a sermon tomorrow.

Presently I am presenting a three-lesson series entitled "Why Persecutest Thou Me?", taken from the question the Lord asked Saul of Tarsus on the road to Damacus. Saul was persecuting the church. The Lord considered it to be a persecution of Him.

The first of these lessons dealt with the personal persecution Christ suffered during His stay on earth. Tomorrow we shall observe the persecution of the early church. Then we shall take note of persecution that is happening today. It takes various forms but is very real nonetheless.
