The Tremendous Difference

You turn to whatever source of "news" you wish and you get constant contradictions. Of course, much "news" is not news but propaganda, as often as not adverse to Christianity, morality, the nation, and truth. But today you hear this report and almost before the day is over you get a different report. Today Irag is worse than it was and tomorrow it is better. Today this scientists found out this but tomorrow it is refuted. You can have no confidence in what is reported.

How different from the Word of God that endureth forever. Truth today was truth yesterday and will be truth tomorrow. Right stays right and wrong stays wrong. God's will does not float with the majority nor is determined by the instability of man. Thank God we can have confidence is what He has revealed to us.

If only we could be wise and conform to His message. Then the shifting sands of a degenerate world would not overthrow us but we would stand on a solid rock as we look toward heaven.
