Let Us Do Evil... |
||
| Paul was falsely
accused of practicing and teaching the idea that evil is justified if good
may come from it. It is true that good things sometimes result from evil
things taking place. But good is always in conflict with evil; not a
companion in good favor.
Some believe the end justifies the means used to reach that end regardless of how evil the means might be. That is a false idea and condemned in Scripture (Romans 3: 8). Evil is NEVER justified even though something good may eventually result. To please God what we do and how we do it are both under consideration. Sin is sin regardless of the results. God's providence often overrules what evil seems to accomplish. |
