What Have They Seen? |

| After agents of
Babylon had visited Hezekiah, king of Judah, Isaiah asked him, "What
have they seen in thine house?" (Isaiah 39: 4). It so happens that
Hezekiah, unwisely, had shown them everything including his treasures.
When visitors come to your house, what do they see? Probably a place that looks "lived in!" But what else? Loud filthy TV shows, movie magazines, ash trays and cigarette butts, beer cans? You get the idea. What would the Lord see and hear at your house if He lived there? How long would it take to even find a Bible or good Christian literature? Sorry if these questions seem unfair. |
