Were You There? |

| We sometimes sing a
song that asks, "Were you there when they crucified my Lord?" Of
course, we were not personally or physically there. But many were there
with varying attitudes and actions. Could any of them represent you? How
would you have reacted if you had been there?
In Category 7, Lesson 39 on this website we probe the question, "Who represented you at the crucifixion?" Most of those surrounding the cross were shameful. But there were exceptions to that. The disposition of people regarding Christ has not changed during the past two thousand years. Only the people are different people. It will be a profitable few moments for you to spend comparing yourself with those who were actually present around the event of the crucifixion. What you learn may assist you on your journey toward heaven. |
