This is for Sure

	This is for Sure
	Nothing in this life is for sure except that which is promised by the Lord. In First John is discussed the nature of Christ, fellowship with the Lord, blessings belonging to the child of God, the need to test the spirits (those who teach), faith, love, judgment and other matters. We have additional words of assurance in First John 5:13-15. Christians can know they have eternal life. We learn that we have it in hope and promise. Here is something we can place our confidence and be strengthened in the knowledge of our relationship with God. Evidently the Holy Spirit thought Christians need reassurance as they struggle in a wicked world to be like Christ. Thankfully we are reminded of the certainty of our blessings which are found IN CHRIST. Are you IN CHRIST? You can be by obeying the gospel.
