Please! Not the Truth! |

| Ask Isaiah,
Jeremiah, Ezekiel or any other of the Old Testament prophets God sent to
teach and warn Israel and Judah if they thought the people to whom they
directed their words really wanted to know the truth! One who knows the
history of those ancient nations is very aware of their sinfulness and
also aware of how determined they were to "do their own thing."
They are aware of how the hearers of these prophets despised having God's
directions revealed to them. THEY DID NOT WANT THE TRUTH and refused to
hear it. Did it change the truth?
How like so many in our land today. Not wanting to know the truth they close their ears, shut their eyes, and continue their own way that leads to destruction. |
