From Here to There

"Here" refers to this life. "There" refers to heaven. Those who believe God's Word want to make the journey. We appeal to the honest who will examine and accept the evidence to do what must be done to get from "here" to "there."

When we realize sin it what separates us from God (Isa. 59: 1,2), and we learn how to remove that barrier by faith, repentance, confession and baptism into Christ for the remission of sins, we will hasten to obey if we truly wish to live in heaven. We will praise God for His grace, love and mercy that has provided Christ to be our Savior, who shed His blood to wash away our sins, and who was raised from the dead to offer eternal life to all who come to Him.

He promised to return and deliver the kingdom to the Father (1 Cor. 15: 24). Those in the kingdom, the church, will have successfully made the journey from "here" to "there."  This is a simple but profound message that people must know, believe and obey. Is there someone to whom you could express these sentiments before this day is passed?
