Meet the Bear |
||
| Personally I know
very little about bears. I know they are ferocious beasts and very
dangerous even in captivity. But in the wild they are even more fierce.
When you add to their nature a mother bear robbed of her cubs, the temper
of the bear cannot be abated. Look out!
Men sometimes think they can act just anyway they see fit and everything will still be all right with them. They have closed their minds to the dangers and destruction that awaits them. But his folly will eventually catch up with him and then, look out! He is also a hazard to everyone around him. Solomon tells us, "Let a bear robbed of her whelps meet a man rather than a fool in his folly." We must take care with whom we associate lest the folly of a fool destroy us as surely as will a bear robbed of her whelps. I assure you I do not wish to meet such a bear. I should also avoid the fool in his folly. |
