Can We Agree With God?

  Romans 13: 1-7 shows government ordained of God can use the sword and does not bear it in vain. This is a specific ordination by God for government to use physical power, such as the sword which is an instrument of death, to enforce its laws and preserve its control. God never ordained the government the right to do anything immoral. He did ordain the use of capital punishment by civil authorities. They do no wrong when they use it.

  Christians should agree with God. Some act as if they are more compassionate than Deity. Actually, they are so sympathetic with criminals that victims receive no compassion from them at all.
